Hi, I’m Alice. I’m a Kiwi living in Perth and I spend a lot of my time at the beach. The idea for the Tidal Belt came from wanting an easier way to carry my togs, towel and essentials without needing a bag or carrying everything under my arm. What started as a simple idea turned into months of designing, testing and refining until I had something I genuinely loved using. Tidal Wear was created to make beach days a little easier, and I’m so excited to finally share it.

Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your Tidal Belt, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your Tidal Belt must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or used.
Faulty Items
If your Tidal Belt arrives faulty or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please email me at alice@tidalwear.com.au with your order number and a few photos of the problem. I’ll take a look and work with you to find the best solution.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
